The rules behind the math
- Home collection resorts open up to 13 months before check-in.
- Club-affiliated resorts open 10 months before check-in.
- HGV Max affiliated resorts open 7 months before check-out.
- Legacy deeded-week club season opens 276 days before check-out.
- Check-out-anchored windows open earlier than check-in-anchored ones of the same length. That asymmetry is where owners lose the good dates.
